Brücke 49 offers two kinds of extraordinary high mountain stays. Brücke 49 Pension is a re-invention of the original and cozy Bed & Breakfast. A carefully curated interior provides the perfect setting for memorable experiences. Brücke 49 Herberge is the extension of the Pension with semi-serviced apartments intended for longer stays for the whole family.
Both properties are sanctuaries for design-lovers seeking a few days of solitude and rest from the urban buzz. Basecamps for nature lovers who enjoy the great mountain outdoors. Destinations in themselves for kindred spirits seeking meaningful memories and truthful friendships. Curated locations for kinfolk gatherings, creative workshops or maybe just a stay with your loved one.

The Suite
This room is called “The Suite” only because it is the largest of our rooms in the Pension. The Suite consists of two separate rooms; a comfortable sleeping room with a grand double bed and a sizeable living room with a big stone fireplace and cozy seating arrangement.
The Suite almost covers an entire floor of the house, making it a spacious and favourable room for longer stays. From the windows you can enjoy the view facing east towards the Tomül Pass, leaving you with an incredible view of the sunlit peaks and with bright daylight beaming into your room.

The Zervreila Room
The Zervreila got its name from the beautiful mountain at the end of the valley, Zervreilahorn. A cozy and comfortable bedroom with a private balcony facing over our garden from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the town and feel the sun on your face.
It is a simple, snug and cozy room with a sizeable double bed laid with our handmade bedlinen. Perfect for the travellers wishing to use time in our common areas or out and about in the surrounding nature.

The Tomül Room
The Tomül is on the top floor overlooking the village square and the Valser River below, and of course the beautiful alps.
The room is equipped with a sizeable double bed and a writing desk situated by the window for the working traveller.

The Valser Room
The Valser provides a large room on the top floor equipped with a large, comfortable double bed. In the room you will find closet space for your belongings and a day bed by one of the windows facing the village, providing a cosy sitting area.
Amongst the carefully chosen design pieces within the room you will find a unique lounge chair designed by Danish master craftsman, Børge Mogensen, back in the 1960s.

The Stuba
The Stuba is our 1st floor, 2 bedroom apartment in our private extended building called the Herberge. The apartment is 120 sqm with a large connecting terrasse of 30 sqm overlooking the beautiful alps. Entering the apartment you will find a spacious hall in the centre and two separate bedrooms both equipped with king size double beds. The living- and dining room area provides the perfect space for relaxing near the cast iron fireplace in the colder seasons.
The Stuba has its own larger shower area and a large kitchen and dining area with high-end design from Danish VIPP. In the apartment you will also find washing- and dry tumbler machines, convenient for our long-term residents.

The Chammera
The Chammera is our 2nd floor, two bedroom apartment of the Herberge at the size of 120 sqm with a private balcony and direct access to our garden. Upon entry you will find a spacious living and dining room where a bookcase and a cast iron fireplace provides a cozy setting for relaxation.
Like our other apartments in the Herberge, the Chammera has its own larger shower area and a large kitchen and dining area with high-end design from Danish VIPP. In the apartment you will find washing- and dry tumbler machines, convenient for our long-term residents.

The Studio
The top floor apartment of the Herberge is a 80 sqm room with a small terrace. The Studio has a combined sleeping and living space with a table for dining or working and a cozy lounge area for relaxation. During the colder winter months the cast iron fireplace can be lit and the sun can be enjoyed from the small terrace in the warmer season.
You will find the adjoining kitchen fully equipped with bespoke ceramics and home accessories for you to enjoy throughout your stay. The room has a separate bathroom with a bath-tub and washing- and dry tumbler machines.
